13 month after our large flooring job was finished, two stair nose pieces were seriously damaged. *Then* we learned the flooring company closed shop in my state a month after our job. Blessedly, I got connected to their supplier, who shipped replacement pieces quickly. Thank you, Barbara!

After searching on the new internet algorithims I was blessed to have found this flooring company. Not only dod they have the flooring ready to shopnthey actually had an available human being to speak with AND they replaced a damaged box with a new one instantly upon evidence emailed.
The woman was Barbara that I dealt with and she should get a raise. This is a top notch company and I never ever take time to write a review so this is it.
